BEHIND THE NAME
Artemis is the Greek Goddess of the hunt, the wilderness, wild animals, the moon and chastity. She is daughter of Zeus and Leto and the twin sister of Apollo and was born on Delos island.
Delos island is one of the most important mythological, historical, and archaeological sites in Greece. In 1990, UNESCO inscribed Delos on the World Heritage List, citing it as the "exceptionally extensive and rich" archaeological site which "conveys the image of a great cosmopolitan Mediterranean port".

For this reason the brand has collaborated from day one with expertized local artisans who craft the entire production line by hand, from sewing to printing.
